Businesses die and disappear. Sucked out to sea with the economic tides.

Social Security continues to flourish after 82 years.

The state of California continues to flourish after 166 years.

Bugger, I get my car serviced at our local Kmart auto...

I get my car serviced in my garage
That reminds me, over due for an oil change.
So's my wifes car.
So's my daughters car.
And probably my sons car, but he lives in Vegas, so he'll have to wait til may when we go to visit him.

What about Land's End? I believe they are owned by Sears.

I haven't bought from them since Sears took them over.
Don't know much about their fate.
