anyway, it was a movie about a little girl who could spell like the dickens....

somebody give a clue about that movie....

or Friday...., i watched that a few weeks ago....

i hate this thread.....

bye, Felicia..... 8-)
If you'd spend more time watching movies instead of YouTube video clips and Trump propaganda.....

And there's no reason to "go phonetic" when you can't remember how to spell something and you're already on a computer.  That's what Google is for.  Just open a second tab/window and type in "movie about a young girl speller", and the very first result would tell you that it's "Akeelah and the Bee".

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

I see that wes is posting all over the board, but he's taking his sweet time coming up with a new movie quote...

Maybe his dismissive "Bye, Felicia" was the quote?  I remember reading it entered the 'slanguage' after having been used in a movie a while ago.

Thank you, wes.

In keeping with the time of year, here's my next offering:
"No siree!  We're going out the good ol' fashioned way.  Prancer and Dancer and Donder and Blitzen, and Vixen and Nixon... oh, consarnit, I get those names mixed up, but the KIDS know their names."
