Still nothing?

A few clues:

1. It is a movie about boxing
2. The movie is often referred to among the top 10 American movies of all time, and many critics have called it the best
3. The star gained a large amount of weight for the latter part of the movie

oldr--I was betting you were going to guess Das Bull--but Raging Bull is right. :ok

As for movies, many are repeated (that I can see) with different dialogue--you can always try that if you can't think of one never in this thread.
