My computer is "mostly dead" so I've been having to do the last few on my phone. I got over 12 years out of it so I guess that was a good run. I have a new PC on order, but it will be a while till it arrives. Doing the dordle, quordle, octordle on a phone is a pain.

Unlike you, apparently, I don't live my life with my nose pressed into my phone.  Not to mention, at your age, wouldn't it be better on your eyes to use a larger screen?

I mean, you already wear glasses... as do I, and when people try to tell me all the things I can do on my phone like watch movies and TV programming, I'm not ashamed to tell them that my phone screen measures 6¼ x 3 (inches), I've got a a laptop with a 15½-inch diagonal, and a wide-screen flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player that has a 30-inch diagonal (I also have an Android-based tablet, but hardly ever use it — it's strictly wi-fi only and doesn't have cellular capabilities) ... now, given my 68-year-old eyes, my astigmatism, and my having needed bifocals for roughly the past twenty years, which one of these do YOU think I'm to use to going to watch movies?

Ditto with playing games.

Well, for me the other puzzles are almost too small to see on my phone. Plus Wordle is the only one I know allows me to maintain stats across multiple devices.
