For those who don't remember, Joe Barton is the douchenozzle who, during congressional hearings on the Deepwater Horizon drilling disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, apologized to BP CEO Tony Hayward for Americans getting their seawater all over his oil. His wind-braking remarks were also noted by Stephen Colbert nearly three years ago. The fact that this guy is an idiot is apparently no obstacle to his reelection.
