In all my fifty years of public service, I have never seen a document so crowded with infamous falsehoods and distortions, on a scale so huge that I never imagined until today that any government on this planet was capable of uttering them.

Such a bomburstic "guess" Joe Guy, but no.
As a clue, the movie title includes the same three words that are often heard on Monday, Thursday and Saturday for our friend Sue and perhaps others on this board.

I think this was the "good" movie about December 7th —

While Joe gave us a zero, Bill got the movie that has many more and gets to go next.

Open your eyes and look at me. No, I don't think I will kiss you — although you need kissing badly. That's what's wrong with you. You should be kissed, and often, and by someone who knows how.

Can't argue with the lawyer when she has something like that as 'Exhibit A'.

I wish I could put down on paper what it's like--you come to Washington because you believe in something, and then you get inside and you see how things actually work and you watch your ideals disintegrate. The people inside, the people in the White House, they start to believe they can suspend the rules because they're fulfilling a mission. That becomes the only important thing--the mission. It's so easy to lose perspective. We want to get out before we lose ours altogether.

Great movie poster of a great movie!
But not the right one.
You might look to one of your previous random guesses, though . . .
