I saw this interview a couple of weeks ago, and it was re-broadcast this morning....
The first part is about eight minutes long, the second, about 4 minutes, and for anyone interested in seeing how the the Muslim leadership situation differs in the UK from the US, I highly recommend watching both parts:
The person being interviewed is a fellow by the name of Anjem Choudary; a British born self described "Jihadi" and Muslim "Holy man"...
He is a very significant and influential Muslim leader in Great Britain. (He's being interviewed here by Fareed Zakaria, who has a weekly foreign affairs show on CNN....he's a pretty liberal guy, but he's also bright, get's interesting guests, and is a strong interviewer...I really enjoy his program...he really does an excellent job of exposing this character....)
I've pointed out before that our European members here are facing a very different situation regarding the Muslim communities in their countries than we face here in the US, and this interview really illustrates that point. We simply do not have Muslim religious figures in this country with any significant following that espouse views like this guy holds.

Islamic Leadership, UK Style
Re: Islamic Leadership, UK Style
Thanks for that Jim. there a re many more interviews and clips on this piece of filth on youtube.
Since the disbandment of al-Muhajiroun, Choudary has often praised Muslim terrorists. He referred to the 11 September terrorists as "magnificent martyrs", and in 2003 appeared to endorse terrorist attacks by British Muslims, saying that al-Muhajiroun would "encourage people to fulfil their Islamic duties and responsibilities". In 2004 he said that a terror attack on British soil was "a matter of time"; following the 7 July 2005 London bombings he refused to condemn the atrocities.
In 2008 he attacked the Muslim Council of Britain (who had condemned the 11 September and 7 July terrorist attacks), accusing them of "selling their souls to the devil". in an Interview with CBN news Mr Choudary said that “You can't say that Islam is a religion of peace, Because Islam does not mean peace. Islam means submission."
