trump is a wildcard

Post by wesw »

regardless of how you feel about trump, he has really made the election electric, hasn t he?

don t you find it fascinating?

have any of you respected elders ever seen anything like this?

I haven t.

the closest thing I remember was Reagan, and how every one portrayed him as a clown, as tho he wasn t a serious person.

not even a good actor, ha ha ha....

but Reagan had been thinking, and had been serious, and had spoken all over the country about all sorts of thing as the representative of some company...., GE maybe? that was before my time.... but anyway, he got good and he got educated and he was a better statesman than he was an actor....

I remember how every one laughed at Reagan tho....., at first. then they got nasty. then they lost. and it wasn t just the dems and the media who tried to take Reagan down...., his own party establishment wasn t exactly enamored with him, were they?

anyway, this election is fascinating. I hope we survive it!

In most games, jokers usually are considered wild cards.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Compared to your usual input?

Glass houses come to mind.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.
