Canada wins 2016 World men’s curling title over Denmark
BASEL, SWITZERLAND—Canada has won the 2016 World men's curling title with a 5-3 victory over Denmark at St. Jakobshalle arena.
Kevin Koe's Calgary rink broke open a 3-3 tie with two big points in the ninth end.
Canada kept Denmark off the scoresheet in the 10th, thanks in part to double takeout by third Marc Kennedy.
It's Canada's first men's curling title since 2012, when Glenn Howard was victorious at St. Jakobshalle.
The United States defeated Japan 8-6 in the bronze-medal game.

I love curling, great sport.
Mind you, I was a lawn bowls fanatic at one time too.

I watched curling when the olympics were on. I enjoyed it. Of course I was drinking at the time.
No really, I have watched curling and IMO it doesn't suck.
I think the bocce set was a house warming present from her dad.
