I dont predict a very long life for this poor guy ,that much effort produces major stress ,believe or not it even hurts the eyes . Best to him though ,one strong Hombre .

People of that size generally have much shorter lives even without the effects of lifting. I wonder if they make him pay for two seats on an airplane?

They do if he refuses to check his weights...
Actually 1102 LBS is too much for the standard floor of an airliner to handle, at least in one spot. Even in the cargo hold, it would drastically effect any plane's weight and balance.
I remember a pair of sumo wrestlers who were refused entry to a Boeing for fear that they might buckle the center aisle.
