Have flood pants become a thing again? Just saw a guy in an otherwise impeccably tailored suit whose pant legs cleared his shoes enough to show an inch of his (thankfully monochrome and well matched) socks. Nowhere near the first time I've noticed this. Hopefully not the start of a trend, because it looks ridiculous.
