Park legally, or deal with the consequences.

Take photos of yourself damaging property and posting it on YouTube, expect to get caught.

I can get a boot off many cars in ten minutes...and leave it there, undamaged and still locked, for the probably-mystified meter maids to find.

Or, I can get one off in three minutes with an oxy-acetalene torch!
