Given the numbers of defense clients I had who were on drugs and welfare benefits, and the numbers of parents with kids under State care who are also on drugs and on benefits, I'm supportive of the requirement for drug testing for welfare recipients.

I also support drug testing all public employees; I'm subject to it, why shouldn't the Governor be as well?
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.
