1 Beat the eggs with sugar, add the flour and chopped walnuts slowly by stirring.
2 Pour the mixture into the pan – 21x31cm(8x12inch) of dimensions and bake it in preheated oven on 220C (428F)
3 Make the caramel pudding mass out of milk, sugar and pudding powder and cool it down completely so you can mix it with whipped cream.
4 Pour the caramel cream on the baked cake and cover it with the whipped cream.
Tip: Stir the pudding while cooling it, to avoid mini parts in the caramel cream.
