Middle aged yet?
Re: Middle aged yet?
Can't see the point in it myself...

Re: Middle aged yet?
If I haven't reached middle age, then I'm going Here I thought I drank more than half my life and I still have a year to go.
Re: Middle aged yet?
Middle age has always seemed to me to be whatever age my parents are...

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Overheard recently (at a local folk music festival): "DEAD is the new OLD."
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

Re: Middle aged yet?
Being almost 63 I have not decided where middle age starts. Some days I feel rather old, aches and pains, most days I don't even consider age important. I have, for most of my life, used the mind over matter approach. I don't mind and it just plain don't fucking matter!
Works for me.
Works for me.
I expect to go straight to hell...........at least I won't have to spend time making new friends.
Re: Middle aged yet?
I have decided to not celebrate my age, but the years left to retirement.
My worse case scenario means that today I have 10 years left to work.
Today I celebrate 10 years left, not 49 years old.
(Once I retire I will start my year count again at 1. I will be looking to hold a huge party for my next twenty-first birthday.)
