We can learn a lot about how to live better. Lunch is considered a cultural treasure in France, and the main reason we went there. We had stopped in St Pierre and Miquelon a French Island off the coast of Canada on the way south from Newfoundland to NYC (avoid it) and had a transformative experience over a 2-hour lunch."... and my time in Paris really reminded me how good it feels to eat good food in the right setting.
