Did PMSP eat something she shouldn't have?

Um. that was paying out money currently, that I was concerned about.Sean wrote:I see...
Was your "Is he Dead Yet?" thread an example of that 'moving on' you did?
Of course, I will.Sean wrote:You really want to find out the hard way what the law thinks about what (in your opinion) is ammoral? Go ahead!
LoCa, if the guy got out lawyered (and I have no way of knowing whether or not that was the case) that is completely different from being "corrupt"....He and his lawyer outsmarted you and your lawyer in (by your own admission) a perfectly legal manner
...which is still immoral. I will deal with it, in as legal a fashion as is allowed by law.
LoCa, in reviewing the activity in this thread last night,[ETA- and this morning. It appears that it started a little before 7 last night and is still going on.] it looks like about four pages were added to it during this exchange. [so far.] At 20 posts per page, that's about 80 posts, of which at a rough guess, about half look to be yours.I really wish, they'd get over me and move on, and care less, as I do.
Then why do exactly what you think she wants by revivng this thread? And if anybody else asked you about it or brought it up, wouldn't a single reply of something like, "My stalker wants me to pay attention to this but I'm not going to give her the satisfaction. Whatever questions or comments about this anyone else may have, this is the last thing I will say on the subject" have been a vastly preferable way to deal with it, rather than an 80 post back and forth? That's what this is about; my stalker wants me to acknowledge him; negatively or not.
Oh, you mean somebody held a gun to your head and forced you to sign?loCAtek wrote:ROTFLMAO voluntarily? I tried my best at the time to contest it; went through two lawyers in fact.
Inaction, by sending in his GF, to stalk me by proxy, you mean?
Irony, thy name is loCAtek.loCAtek wrote:~heh, meanwhile, this is just part of this case, welcome to reality.
The only one adding to the public record about what transpired between you an your ex with any first hand knowledge, (and thus relevance to any potential "case") seems to be you...meanwhile, this is just part of this case, welcome to reality.
Easy enough to fudge: tell the bank that you think someone rifled your trash, you need to get a different account number. Presto--account was opened at a later date!Lord Jim wrote:LoCa, I think what Sean is getting at here, relates to this:The bank? Why do you think so? They don't care where the money is coming from.
The date an account is opened is something that would be a record the bank would keep.It was somehow hiding the date that this account was opened, that kept it off the judgement paperwork.
Some states here (no idea how Cali does it) actually DO look at savings and property separately.Sean wrote:Actually, your savings and your property are both assets, which are seperate to income.
