I beg your pardon... I have no idea what that means.
Did PMSP eat something she shouldn't have?
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Was your "Is he Dead Yet?" thread an example of that 'moving on' you did?
Um. that was paying out money currently, that I was concerned about.
BTW it turns out that's for the best; the policy is insurance on the house. :ok
He dies - the house is paid for.

Of course, I will.

The police have the photographs of my bloody nose and the case number assigned to my 911 assault call. It's not a question of if he did it.

You didn't actually answer my question.

I really think you need to stop obsessing about your ex. He's obviously moved on, now it's your turn.

He's obviously followed me here(by sending his GF); that's not moving on, 'eh?
If they could move on, this wouldn't be issue.

Yes dear, of course he has...
You just keep telling yourself that.

PS, you still haven't answered my question.

Has not, that's the point of PMSP being here. That's what she's said explicitly.

Beg your pardon, but I keep going back and searching for your question that I haven't addressed; what is it?

BTW She claims to follow me because his name is still on the Mortgage; it is.

However, she's left out how I tried to get it removed over five years ago. This was after my Ex tried to intimidate my loan co, so much so, they called me and exclaimed, "We have a situation!!!" I thought the problem was so great that he was holed up in thier lobby in an explosive vest, threatening to press a detonator... Turns out he was just such a massive a-hole that they couldn't stand him anymore, and were nearly about to do the illegal which was change the policy themselves.

Regardless, I agreed.

I said I would change it.

...

I haven't kept him on it out of spite; I just can't afford to get him off it.

It would take canceling the current loan, and opening a new one with a 20K deposit, which I don't have. I told the officers to tell him this, and if he could pay it with the available funds he stole from me, I would be glad to accommodate him.

As of this date, he refuses to cooperate, and instead chooses to stalk me.

Don't you mean the funds you gave to him, voluntarily, as part of the divorce settlement?

You're trying to rewrite history. And I believe that you're on very dangerous grounds with your false allegations of theft. You should count yourself lucky that your ex (at least thus far) hasn't dragged your arse into court and sued you for defamation of character (I would in a heartbeat if I were him!). He's showing a lot more decent character traits by that simple inaction than you are.

ROTFLMAO voluntarily? I tried my best at the time to contest it; went through two lawyers in fact.
Inaction, by sending in his GF, to stalk me by proxy, you mean?

He and his lawyer outsmarted you and your lawyer in (by your own admission) a perfectly legal manner

...which is still immoral. I will deal with it, in as legal a fashion as is allowed by law.
LoCa, if the guy got out lawyered (and I have no way of knowing whether or not that was the case) that is completely different from being "corrupt"....
I really wish, they'd get over me and move on, and care less, as I do.
LoCa, in reviewing the activity in this thread last night,[ETA- and this morning. It appears that it started a little before 7 last night and is still going on.] it looks like about four pages were added to it during this exchange. [so far.] At 20 posts per page, that's about 80 posts, of which at a rough guess, about half look to be yours.

Not one of them is from PMSP.

Again, I come back to the fact that you are really making it look like the one who can't "get over" this is you.
That's what this is about; my stalker wants me to acknowledge him; negatively or not.
Then why do exactly what you think she wants by revivng this thread? And if anybody else asked you about it or brought it up, wouldn't a single reply of something like, "My stalker wants me to pay attention to this but I'm not going to give her the satisfaction. Whatever questions or comments about this anyone else may have, this is the last thing I will say on the subject" have been a vastly preferable way to deal with it, rather than an 80 post back and forth?

Oh, you mean somebody held a gun to your head and forced you to sign?

And now you're trying to tell me that he corrupted two of your lawyers?

Exactly sean, folks should me made aware of him; especially PMSP - Be afraid, be very afraid!

LJ ....because eight years of passive aggressive stalking need to be addressed; if he and she want to keep coming back- there are now witnesses and testimony to the effect. Social media is permissible in court, these days.

It's why, I've kept this up.

Yes but neither he or she are exhibiting any form of behaviour on this board that is consistent with stalking. I doubt you'll find many witnesses here to their 'stalking' behaviour...

You on the other hand are lying about him left, right and centre.

BTW Jim, it's just after 10pm here but I'll try to keep it up for a while to break the record... just for you! ;)

How does anything Sean, or Strop (or I or anyone else here with no involvement or first hand knowledge of what happened, for that matter) posts about this help your "case"? It seems to me that the only one who's posts could possibly have relevance to your "case" would be PMSP (or your ex if he ever decided to start posting.) and as I pointed out she hasn't posted so much as once in this exchange. (And very little about you or your ex for months here.)
meanwhile, this is just part of this case, welcome to reality.
The only one adding to the public record about what transpired between you an your ex with any first hand knowledge, (and thus relevance to any potential "case") seems to be you...

How does that help your "case"?

The bank? Why do you think so? They don't care where the money is coming from.
LoCa, I think what Sean is getting at here, relates to this:
It was somehow hiding the date that this account was opened, that kept it off the judgement paperwork.
The date an account is opened is something that would be a record the bank would keep.
Easy enough to fudge: tell the bank that you think someone rifled your trash, you need to get a different account number. Presto--account was opened at a later date!

Some states here (no idea how Cali does it) actually DO look at savings and property separately.
