Civics test: http://www.isi.org/quiz.aspx?q=FE5C3B47 ... 2BB31E2692

You answered 32 out of 33 correctly — 96.97 %

Wrong answer on definition of a public good, although I still think my answer was defensible.

In fairness several of the questions had less to do with civics than economics, and would be confusing if one never studied it.

Have you met Scooter in person? I've known enough Canadians (I'm related to quite a few) to know what they think and what they feel doesn't really correlate to how they act.

Well when this is making me feel badly all I have to do is think of a conversation I had earlier with a co-worker. She asked me if I had seen "The Tudors". I told her yes, saw it and loved it. "I am thinking of ordering on Netflix", she said, then added, "Does it take place in Victorian England?"

What I think and feel corresponds pretty closely to how I act. It's just that in RL I don't often encounter the calibre of idiot that one cannot avoid in online forums.

Except when dealing with certain government officials, but in that case I've learned to kiss ass enough to get what I want.
