The Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall has confirmed she won't be taking part in the next season of the popular weight-loss show.
The Taekwondo black belt-cum-author, who has just released Tiffiny's Lighten Up Cookbook, broke the news to Nova 93.7's Nathan, Nat & Shaun.
"I've got a little bit of a bomb to drop – I am not doing the next series of Biggest Loser", she said.
"I am taking time out, maybe I'll be back for the series after but I am concentrating on my novels, I've got four [novels] coming out next year.
"I've got my first novel out now, White Ninja. [It's] fiction, I love writing fiction."
The blonde beauty said she would spend her time off concentrating on her writing before returning to The Biggest Loser at the end of the year.
"I'm just writing full-time and doing all my ninja stuff; I've got my Ninja business back in Melbourne," she said.
"So I'll probably be back for the next series at the end of the year, but I'm bowing out of the first four months."
A Channel Ten spokesperson said instead of replacing Hall with a fourth trainer, season eight would continue with the remaining three trainers: Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton and Steve "The Commando" Willis.

And she wrote four of them in one year! What a talent! I'll bet Agatha Christie never accomplished that....I've got four [novels] coming out next year.
Her fiction novels are absolutely going on my must read list...I'm sure we're talking Nobel Prize For Literature quality here....
