Basil Marceaux? Puh-leez, he is SO last week -- and evidently you missed the whole Ernest J. Pagels for Senate campaign in Wisconsin. The GOP has a surplus of wackos this year that make their usual wackos look moderate by comparison. Our current fave (election is Aug. 3!) is Joan Heffington for Governor of Kansas:
