Things you are unlikely to ever do again?

Post by Gob »

Use logarithmic tables
Look someone's phone number up in the phone book
Use a phone box
Solo rock climb above 30 foot.
Paraglide naked

Your go...

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Eat an entire bag of potato chips (or apple pie, or cheesecake) without gaining an ounce.

Tell my brother to stop bugging me.

Cross-country ski naked. (As it turns out, snow reflects the frequencies of light which cause painful sun burns. Well I know that NOW.)

Hike up Mt Whitney.

Hitchhike from Santa Cruz to the S. Calif. desert and back. 800 miles. (multiple times)

Hitchhike to buy groceries, and to get my car towed.

Pick apples for a living.

Discover while reading "The Plague" by Camus a mouse living in the car with me.

Live out of a car.

Work as a welder.

Meet the perfect mate.

Jump from a perfectly good airplane, Dammit
Walk into a bar with the sole purpose of getting into a fight with the biggest son of a bitch in there.
Asking a beautiful woman in a bar for a date only to find out her husband IS not only the biggest but also the meanest son of a bitch in that bar. :shrug Killed two birds with one stone on that one.
I expect to go straight to hell...........at least I won't have to spend time making new friends.

Play Under 18 football...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Tell my brother anything.
Soon, I’ll post my farewell message. The end is starting to get close. There are many misconceptions about me, and before I go, to live with my ancestors on the steppes, I want to set the record straight.

My brother is dead? I kept saying he is over coming it, but he didn’t. My sister-in- law said I was in denial, but the truth is that I am bad about tunnel vision when I am emotionally involved.

And that has what, exactly, to do with Gob saying that he will never be buying a cassette again?

Never mind, any explanation will only succeed in making you sound more moronic than the original statement.

Sorry about that Gob and I accuse other people of being self-centered. I thought that your reply was some cryptic comment to me when it was simply straight forward.

I gotta say scooter that was a little uncalled for. It was clear to me (your results may vary) that liberty was lamenting the fact that his brother is no longer around and that he cannot accept that fact. I do agree that I don't understand the cassette reference, but tieing together both of liberty's posts one can see what he is getting too.
But again, your (and anyone elses) results may vary. :shrug

No worries, no offense taken. It was easily spotted as a mistake.

Did you not see the word 'again' in the thread title CP?
