I would have to paint them and clearly mark that there is a tripping hazard and that anyone tripping on the curb should be brought to a rehab facility so they can once again learn how to walk up/down a curb. Maybe I would have to put in lighting and a neon sign saying "WATCH THE CURB". By me they might just trip on the grass median.

I've read Portnoy's complaint I have no doubt it's more interesting...
Sometimes it seems as though one has to cross the line just to figger out where it is

I once cruised around New Guinea in a liner.

You can imagine how frustrated i was with the other passengers who INSISTED upon running up and down the left hand side of the ship ALL night.

The captain of that ship was none too pleased to receive my port noise complaint when he awoke.
