I loved MvF.

But seriously the size of the portions terrify me! I want to try quite a lot of the dishes but I'd have to share them with a dozen others :D

Portion sizes in the US often range into the "wholly obscene" category.

I much prefer several savory smaller portions to the bucket-size rations of slop you usually see.


If you were spending the rest of the month hiking the John Muir Trail these portions would make sense. Otherwise ...

Six, 6 ? years ago were stayed in San Diego for an OB-Gyn conference and the hotel room service portions of OAT MEAL were large enough for a 400lb sow with piglets.

Just foul. No human can eat like that.
