I also enjoy reading some of your opinions on things being discussed.

Other things you write, like at the top of this post, are not that enjoyable. But I won't attempt to change the way you think, so I'll just read what you've written and move on.

I just wanted to say a big hello to everyone. I lurked a little, but not enough to keep up with all the posts. I hope everyone is in reasonably good health and that life is treating you all reasonably kindly.

And a belated Happy Birthday to all those people who've had birthday threads that I didn't participate in. I'm only here for a few minutes so I don't have time to go through each thread, but I hope you all had really pleasant celebrations and I wish you all peace and happiness for the next year

I turned 52 this year sometime (you don't have my birthday anywhere here, so there wouldn't have been a thread for me). It's been a bit of a turbulent year, but I think it's on the up-and-up now

In other news, I've got a new tattoo ... my second. I got the first one when my oldest child turned 18, and I've got my second when my middle child turned 21. i guess I'll eventually have to get another one, to celebrate something or other for my youngest!!!

I agree. We need people who have mood swings and/or paranoid thoughts to join in and tell us how we bad guys are not happy unless someone else is experiencing sensitive feelings and we're picking on them.

That's all good but we're looking for someone different than we are. Don't you have any real character flaws?

For example, do you think we helped destroy the twin towers, we are all mean people and do you get real cranky about once a month?
