Wow, they really put a lot of expertise and expense into that...(the beer alone must have come to over a grand, not to mention all the electronics equipment)
After they unhook the kegs and before they just start running the water, they're going to have to pump some strong antibacterial solution through the pipes. (Stale beer residue in a damp environment will grow all kinds of nasty stuff that you wouldn't want in your drinking water.)
But as organized as these guys seem to be I assume they thought of that, and since one of them is a plumber, presumably he has what he needs to be able to do it.
