Well I certainly agree that we'd have been worse of without Sean Connery, (And Braveheart we'd have been better off without) but any list like this that makes no mention of single malt scotch isn't worth the ascii it's written on...

Deep fried Mars bar?

That would definitely exist without Scotland
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

I'm with Jim; they include deep fried mars bars and girls on beer cans, but leave out single malt (or even blended) scotch whiskey? something's definitely wrong here.

"Distillation of whisky has been performed in Scotland and Ireland for centuries. The first written record of whisky comes from 1405 in Ireland, while the production of whisky from malted barley is first mentioned in Scotland in an entry on the 1494 Exchequer Rolls"

Undoubtedly one would not have single malt SCOTCH whisky without Scotland. Did they have "rubbish soccer teams" on the list?
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
