Three. WAGometer fail
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

I've scored 100% on the questions I've answered so far
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

Ha! Five!
And what is the connection between Stubbs, a youthful Alan Rickman and Satchmo? I may not have that second one quite right. Or the first one.
Or the third one.

23/36 so far.
(Part 1: 8/12...Part 2: 9/12...Part 3: 6/12)
(Part 1: 8/12...Part 2: 9/12...Part 3: 6/12)

6/12 for part 4...so that's 29/48 total.
(No idea about the link between the four bonus puzzler images; it might help if I could identify the lake in #4. And the painting in #1. Or anything else.)

Re: BBC quiz of the year (part 2/3/4 added.)
I got 5 which is total of 18... pathetic.
The first picture is of a hunter named Mowbray by George Stubbs. Is that Alexander Pope? Obvously Satchmo. No idea on the lake.

Strong finish...
9/12 on 3...
8/12 on 4...
25/48...
(though that can't be the finish if there are supposed to 52...)

I think LJ that the last four are the four pictures - you're supposed to figure out what each means and the final supreme overlord answer is the connection between them. It was 4 x 13 rather than 4 x12.

I'm going to go way out on a limb here and venture a WAG re the connection between the 4 "bonus points" pictures. I'm guessing that it has something to do with this news story.

Re that link, a lot of the time what those sorts of things turn out to be is just a portion of the decomposed body of some larger marine animal, (like a part of a whale carcass)
