Yes, exactly. My cat has done pretty much all of those things - except jump up on me with her claws - while I've been in the middle of my practice. If the mat is out, she is on it. And she loves my mediation cushion the best. I have to hide it to keep it from becoming cat-hair-coated.
Kudos to those strong-minded yogis and yoginis who are able to continue their practice while their pet is participating too! Sometimes its possible, sometimes its not.

My dog knows "sit and stay" 'no matter what' (pretty much). Have never seen a cat do that.

My Maine Coon has to be locked out of the bathroom to take a shower without getting company. Vierna (tiny shorthair) likes to perch on Liz's Nautilus machine weight stacks.
