first, perfectly scrambled eggs, no milk added, they must be beaten to an airy froth and poured into a hot buttery cast iron skillet and constantly pulled to the center to avoid burning, then flipped a few times til they are airy and no longer runny, but not over cooked. I add salt before beating because I like the firmness it provides. hot sauce optional.
then good thick bacon from the farm and butcher shop outside of town, and/or rapa scrapple, both crispy. venison tenderloin barely cooked may be substituted.
crispy hash browns are nice as are fresh tomatoes, fried or sliced raw. a few fresh raw green peppers and/or onions add a bit of flavor.
English muffin, crispy with butter.
then the beverages...,
coffee first, then pepsi or good lemonade with the food, chocolate milk may be substituted.
no grits or gravy.
of course I can t eat big meals, so this is just my fantasy breakfast, I do cook a big breakfast for the family on occasion. I think I ll go to the grocery store tonight and cook one tomorrow.
