Learn something new every day. Thanks for the info.oldr: "No fault" (also known as "PIP") is a particular type of auto insurance coverage on your policy that covers your MVA-related medical expenses regardless of whose fault the accident was. This (in theory) allows you to get necessary treatment paid for without having to sue an at-fault party for your medical bills. However, under this system, your auto insurance company will then go after the at-fault party or his/her insurer to recover those covered expenses.
