PA fails in bid to sue the pants off her ‘sex pest’ boss
A PERSONAL assistant has failed in her bid to sue her former engineer boss after accusing him of exposing his genitals and offering her money for sex.
The Johannesburg Labour Court dismissed Nicorique Bandat’s sexual harassment claim against Philip de Kock.
