Re: Starling Murmurations
Looks like an episode of "Lost"
watch upon an autumn evening
shave fields
screams of starlings weaving patterned confusion
they startle easily
exploding wheeling coming together
the edge of a one-ness
they hesitate in all directions
noisy pretty stabbing birds
inflicting smiles upon the earthbound
ghosts of dust floating on a sunbeam
whispering together
it is time, it is time
there she goes and there she flies
try to catch her names
this or this or this she cries
changing her direction
with the ease of the practiced starling
exploding wheeling coming together
never quite one but written on pages
scattered on floors crying
is it time, is it time
