It takes three years to indite him? For murdering an unarmed civilian?

Two years to indict him for "misconduct in office"? Two years to decide that shooting an unarmed person is not in the big rule book for police?


Three years is a "semi-fail".

well we all agreed, I think, that the garner chokeout was wrong. we can t have that!!!!
