I don't buy rolls, I eat my burgers paleo-style.

A great deal of wheat rolls/breads also contain sugar - maybe yours don't, but many do in one form (HFCS, sugar, etc.) or another.

Ketchup? Sugar added. Pickles? Sugar added. Big Mac Sauce? Sugar added. Etc.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.
