Re: OK Joe Guy
Except he hasn't been posting at *any* of his usual haunts.
I find it interesting that he disappeared about the same time Joe "confessed" about his multiple personalities. . . . .

He hasn't responded to a PM I left for him at the Cartalk website a few days ago. I told him that if I was him I'd get back here asap...
Re: OK Joe Guy
Not buying it. You posted your "aliases" thread on 2/4 and wesw's last recorded post (and log-in) was on 2/4.
Show us the body, Joe.

Re: OK Joe Guy
If I were a suspicious person, I'd think that you think that I think that I could make you think I'm not wesw even though I'm actually not.
I'm learning what it must be like to be convicted by the jury of public opinion based solely on coincidence and with no evidence.

Why create a persona where you have to remember never to include any apostrophes?
Too easy to slip up...
The one thing that did cause me to raise an eyebrow, however:
Hmm..
A guy who smokes weed in a shed....
That seemed a bit coincidental...

Re: OK Joe Guy
That is an interesting theory Jim. They did get a lot of snow in Portland so maybe he has not dug his way to the shed.
Re: OK Joe Guy
Weed in a shed? editec?
If I didn't know better, I would also think wesw is a regular poster here under another name. Someone who is trying to create a character might use no capital letters or punctuation in order to "look" different. (italics)....
The truth is that I'm not wesw. If I were him, I would post under his name to tell you that I'm not. Then again, he would also post to tell you I'm not him....
Hmmm..... I'm beginning to be suspicious of myself.

(see sig line)
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
Re: OK Joe Guy
Okay... since some people apparently believe that I am wesw, I want to see more evidence that leads to that conclusion.
Right now the conclusion seems to be based on the fact that he last posted on the same day I posted about other names I had used at Cafe Dartre.
Flimsy evidence at best...
In the meantime, I'm concerned about the dude. He did seem to be rather hyper at times. Maybe he suffers from depression. I'm hoping he's just too busy now and will show up later.

Joe, do I need to insert smilies?
I'm worried about him too. Lots of stuff he was struggling with.

If it's on the Daily Show, it must be true:
February 4, 2015 - Wes
Episode: 20059

The 114th Congress celebrates one month in office, Senator Thom Tillis suggests that public health standards are overrated, and Wes discusses his book "The Work."
"I believe -- and I'm being completely serious right now -- that Wes is Joe. Or a turtle"
