How would Joe know anything about the 70's era DC area Channel 20 (WDCA) Hamster races, or Count Gore DiVol, or Captain 20?

I was a member of the channel 20 club! they called me once to bet on the hamster races. I picked the hogans heroes hamster, but he didn t win. they sent me a really cool board game as a consolation prize.
