Just did my first "luminosity masking", following this tutorial;
I may have "overcooked" this somewhat, but it is my first attempt. I think I'll be using luminosity masks a lot now!!

“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.”
Neat! It's been quite the winter for me (well beyond all the snow) so I havent had much camera time. Still have loads of shots that haven't even made it to the computer but once I get them there will try this for sure!
“I ask no favor for my sex. All I ask of our brethren is that they take their feet off our necks.” ~ Ruth Bader Ginsburg, paraphrasing Sarah Moore Grimké
The guy who does the tutorial above has free luminosity masks to download.
