Well, it might be mistaken identity

Post by MajGenl.Meade »

A man wanted for questioning regarding a shooting in Ravenna earlier this month was arrested Monday in Stark County.

What on earth possesses people to do things like this? Reprehensible as it is, shooting I can at least understand. But the face.....???

It certainly makes identifying him easier.

While I have nothing against body art, there are many pathetic, homely, uninteresting people who use tattoos to draw attention to themselves.

Exhibit A.

People with the energy and desire to express themselves don't always have the talent to do so well. Sad, in this case, in a somewhat permanent and life-prospects-damaging way.

Or to put it another way; Nature plants a lot of seeds knowing that many will just plain crap out.

That's some pretty awful tattooing.

I'm not generally a fan of tattoos, but a gal I've been following on Instagram recently showed this one which, while not for me, I think was beautifully done:

the problem with tattoos , in my view, is that they kinda lock a person, especially a young person, into a certain mindset and inhibits their ability to shift their views as they age and mature and learn. it s gotta be hard to reconsider a view or like or dislike when you have it emblazoned across your body

the police aren t always the good guys and the outlaws aren t always the bad guys. like I said , you can t understand. the area he was from had a long history of being isolated and independent and had a large number of outlaws and people with native American blood, neither of which cared much for the Great White Fathers and their promises and laws
