I actually watched one of the Docs i work with drain a nob that had been erect for nearly 6 hours from taking to many viagara and some drug they inject into it when your impotent. The guy was a rent boy and had trouble getting in up for an ageing client.

Not something thats done everyday in our emergency centre, i had to call the Urologist at 3am to find out where the ED Doc needed to stick the needle in and i quote "Shit its either at 3 oclock or 6 o clock, fuck it i guess i shouldn't just stab it" We were all impressed at the amount of blood she drained out of it. With a bill that was nearly 600 bucks that was an expensive hard on!
