I've got the US Supreme Court, which has repeatedly ruled that the Declaration of Independence has no separate legal effect. It's a basic bar exam question -- black letter Constitutional law -- something you learn the first week of law school.

Not to mention a long and strong friendship with the poster you're trying to denigrate. And a belief -- demonstrated by 10+ years of posts -- that Sue understands the law better than you or Dave, and a lot of people who post here.

I really hope that republicans win this election cycle and complete this particular revolution. then I ll give them four to six years to turn the tide and start their own over reach before I switch sides again. maybe it will take 8 to 12 yrs this time tho, since the Dems have, successfully, gone so far to the left lately. there is a lot of ground to be taken back before we reach a happy medium.

This morning, MSNBC's Melissa Harris-Perry promo'd her show by announcing that the first segment would be about, "Where were you, when the Confederate flag was taken down from the Capitol grounds in South Carolina?"...

(That of course brought an immediate click of the remote on my part; thanks for the warning Melissa)

Apparently for Prof. Harris-Perry, this "event" is of a transcendental, epochal level of importance in modern American history... on a par with The Kennedy Assassination, The Moon Landing, and The 9/11 Attacks....

Actually, the range from top to bottom of the nursing profession is shockingly wide.


While the top 5 % are very good the bottom 4/5ths of the RN range are amazingly stupid and incompetent.
