What does it matter If I know anything about nuclear fuel processing or not; my specialty is electro-mechanics. I can fix your copier, but you will have to repair your on Nuke. But I doubt you could change the tire on your car. But I will make a guess about the process of extracting plutonium from spent fuel rods. I think it might have something to do with specific gravity and centrifugal force.
