a long list of respected newspapers takes a stand against poor grammy Hillary. it seems that she rejected the choice of the pool reporter, twice. it seems that the chap, from the daily mail , dared to tell the truth in an earlier report, and was persona non grata.

the Clinton campaign can t handle the truth.

ok. I m putting October first back in the pool if anyone wants it.....

I m switching to Black Friday.

Clinton will announce that after spending the holidays with family, and after some un named medical issues, she has decided to drop out of the race, reluctantly, spend time as a grandma, and let Chelsea spread her wings....

the news will drop on black Friday, get swallowed by the holiday rush and cheer , and everyone lives happily ever after.

THIS, TOO, SHALL PASS

Ol' Hillary keeps stepping into deeper doo-doo. I can't remember a time where I ever trusted her, and this confirms my suspicions even further. I'd like to think this could be the last nail in her coffin but her Lululemon Teflon coated, Kevlar pantsuits keep deflecting all the bullets shot at her, and nothing sticks.

When will Hill withdrawl? I don't see it happening. Regardless what trouble she'll find herself in, I'm betting the DOJ will be "reviewing" this new evidence (and probably more) well into early 2017. At that time, whether she's president or not, that's when Hillary may have some 'splaining to do!

However, I get the feeling that Elizabeth Warren may be standing right behind the curtain waiting to see if these new revelations cause more trouble than I can imagine for Clinton.

well, i over estimated the interest in Hillary Clinton. I thought that the days available to choose in the pool would quickly fill. that has not been the case.

I have decided to give every chooser a whole month and will honor all wagers despite the poor turnout.

I choose November 2015.

meade is penciled in for February 2016. I will hold February for him until he is certain, as I have changed the rules.

carry on....

She will be the nominee and win the election. Based on current form.

Kasich is the only R. alternative who isn't grossly unfit or a moral leper.

Trey Gowdy, the Chairman of the Congressional Committee looking into Benghazi really crystallized the problem Hillary has here with these emails, from an "honest and trustworthy" standpoint, (as opposed to the problem she has from a classified information standpoint) this past Sunday in an interview with Chris Wallace:
WALLACE: Well, that raises the question. What if it turns out and this is actually what Clinton and her lawyer have said, the server has been scrubbed clean and any of those 30,000 e-mails that she destroyed, that she said were about yoga lessons and Chelsey's wedding, what if they're not available? What does that tell you?

GOWDY: Well, I'll tell you what it tells you, Chris. I don't know whether you do yoga or not, I don't. So, I don't have any yoga e-mails, but the greater steps that you take to clean something or delete something, that's a higher level of concealment. That's a higher level of consciousness of concealment. So, your viewers have to ask themselves to what lengths would they go to delete a yoga e-mail? Would they call in forensic experts to triple wash a server so they could get rid of bridesmaids' e-mails or yoga practice e-mails? Of course, not. We hit the delete button and we forget about it.

A lot of this stuff may be complicated, but that really puts it in terms the average person can easily understand...

Meanwhile, back at the classified information issue:
Hillary’s email problems just won’t go away

Hillary Clinton’s email problem is a “drip, drip, drip” that just won’t stop. On Monday, it turned into a steady trickle.

As the Democratic front-runner tried to shift attention to policy issues and the retail politics of Iowa, a series of developments in court and on Capitol Hill showed that Clinton’s email saga is unlikely to end soon.

A federal judge on Monday scheduled a hearing for later this week to discuss whether the State Department has ensured the retrieval of all official records Clinton, the former secretary of state, and her top aides held on personal email accounts or devices. This came after a lawyer for the technology firm that maintained Clinton’s private server after she left office held out the prospect that at least some of the data is likely preserved on a backup server.

New figures emerged in a court filing about the number of potentially classified messages held in Clinton’s private account, now up to 305. And a Republican senator pressed Clinton’s personal lawyer for answers on how the emails were stored and whether he had the security clearance to retain a thumb drive of potentially sensitive data.

The flurry of activity generated sharp words from at least one Republican also seeking the White House, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a former federal prosecutor. He called for a criminal probe.

The court developments came in several pending lawsuits in which media outlets and a conservative watchdog group are trying to force the State Department to produce records under the Freedom of Information Act.

A court filing Monday revealed that intelligence agencies have now flagged 305 Clinton emails that warrant further scrutiny for possible classified information. Justice Department lawyers cited the number as they explained to U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras why the State Department has fallen behind the goal he set for monthly public releases of emails.

The number of Clinton emails that could prove worrisome to intelligence agencies has fluctuated during the course of the controversy. Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III has said in letters to Congress that his investigators found classified information in four emails from Clinton’s account while reviewing a small sample of just 40 of the messages. Two of the messages contained information classified at the highest level, “TOP SECRET,” with additional restrictions beyond that, McCullough said.

However, State Department officials have said they do not agree with some or all of those classification determinations. And Clinton, after insisting in March that her private email contained no classified documents, has now turned over the server to the Justice Department for further review. In recent weeks, she and her aides have stressed that none of the emails was marked as classified when they were sent.

Hillary has changed her tune on this...

First she said she did not send or receive classified material, period no qualifiers...

Then she said that she did not send or receive classified material that was , "classified at the time"...

When that turned out to be proven untrue, she's now gone to version three, where she says that she did not send or receive classified material that was marked classified....

So if it had a big red stamp on it that said: TOP SECRET she didn't send or receive it...

And on top of all of this, she's now had to turn the server over to the FBI, (which can hardly be called part of "the vast right-wing conspiracy")

Hillary must be very grateful for Donald Trump, because while all of this is getting some press coverage, it would be getting a lot more if the Trump Death Star wasn't blotting out most of the media sky...
