Absolutely perfect weather, warm ocean water, and I topped it off tonight with a fabulous grass-fed ribeye and that spectacular blue cheese/onion sauce. I posted the recipe several years back and I think LJ tried it.
I love that I can plan out my week of eating, have some incredible meals and never feel deprived, yet keep watching the number on the scale slowly diminish. I'm also swimming daily, mostly in the ocean, which helps.

Yes I did, and it was scrumptious......I posted the recipe several years back and I think LJ tried it.
It was a little rich, but it really went well with the steaks...
