Israel's treatment of the Falashas is an ugly little racist history. First, they denied them the right of return given to all white Jews who merely show up and say "I'm Jewish" no matter the degree of religiousity or which sect they are from. Finally they tried to make up for it by evacuating the Falashas who remained alive.

The racism towards blacks is contiguous with their racism towards Palestinians (both Christian and Muslim). And it is tied to their religion.

But perhaps they will atone and repair their social attitudes more quickly than we have?

The really hilarious thing here is that he honestly believes that since he made his anti-semitic remark in the course of a discussion about Israelis and Palestinians, that somehow makes it ok and negates the plain meaning of his words...

There is absolutely zero ambiguity or "wiggle room" in what he said...

And to make it even more hilarious, he tells me I can "stop lying" in the same post where he himself proves I'm not lying ....

It would be like if we were having a discussion about some black people behaving badly and I tossed in the comment "the propensity to be violent is tied to their race"....

The context would not at all change the fact that that would be a blatantly racist remark, just as what rube said was blatantly anti-semitic...

So I'll repeat what I told you before rube:

Unless and until you provide a plausible alternative explanation for saying that racism is tied to the Jewish religion, that wouldn't be anti-semitic (frankly I can't imagine what one would be, but feel free to take a stab at it) or until you retract your anti-semitic statement and apologize for it, you can expect to have this thrown in your face every time you start discoursing on anti-semitism...

An anti-Semite like you has no business accusing anyone else of it.

The racism of the state of Israel is tied to their religion. That was the original statement. You can tell that this is so because we were discussing the conduct of the state of Israel towards Ethiopian Jews.

Nowhere on this board will you find a post of yours prior to your most recent one that contains the statement, "The racism of the state of Israel is tied to their religion.".

I defy you (in fact I double dog dare you) to find where you said that "originally" and provide a link to the post.

Again, phrasing it that way doesn't make the statement one bit less anti-semitic, (you're still saying that racism is intrinsic to Judaism; how you can fail to see this is mind boggling...)

But I point it out just as yet another example of your flagrant dishonesty.

If you're going to lie about what you said, you should at least come up with a lie that makes you look better than what you actually said, not just as bad...
