We just finished watching the last three episodes from this latest Marvel Franchise TV Show on Netflix...
"Jessica Jones"...
Admittedly, it's an acquired taste...
I have never seen David Tennant play the "bad guy" before....
But he does seem to have an artistic skill for it...

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

I just started watching it and am liking it quite a bit! Not usually my genre but I'm trying to do a little more sci-fi, fantasy, etc. in hopes of letting shit go.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

It wouldn't be your cup a' tea at all Gen'l....MajGenl.Meade wrote:
Too many naughty words, simulated sex, and a high scale lawyer in a same sex marriage....

(Stick with Little House On The Prairie

But Krysten Ritter really nails the role, and David Tennant plays the evil psycho-super villain with Emmy Award winning quality...
(I'm impressed with his dramatic reach; a long way from Dr. Who and Broad Church)
Good stuff....

One funny thing about this show is that aside from Ritter, (who's from Pennsylvania) if you check out the bios on IMDB, the next five biggest roles are all played by non-Americans, (one Brit, three Aussies and a Canuck) but except for Tennant, they all play Americans...
I tell ya, this Aussies-playing-Americans thing is getting out of hand...
For years it was just Mel Gibson, (which was bad enough) but nowadays you can hardly swing a dead wallaby without hitting some Sandgroper playing an American on American television...
Instead of building a wall on the Mexican border. maybe we should build Trumpty's wall around Hollwood to keep out all the damn Diggers...

Re: "Jessica Jones"
I'll third the recommendation on this show -- good stuff.
Re: "Jessica Jones"
This show is engrossing but the inability to deal with the big bad once and for all is almost comic book in its quality.
