Fixed that for you. I'm sure that pregnant ladies visiting PP need to go to too quite often(Which btw, would also qualify as a "private business" that "most people" never have occasion to go to too...)

Why thank you, Meade...always so helpful...
I was surprised you let me get away with this one:

I fully expected something like, "Yeah, that was particularly dumb, driving around with a whole bunch of cops in their car"......a huge police presence in their black SUV
I have since added a comma...

Oh, that would have been no fun. To too and PP though - that was worth it

AS I SEE IT
It was the wife, Tashfeen Malik, who was radicalized in Saudi Arabia and was able to brainwash her delusional, American born, husband, Syed Farook, with her feminine wiles. The things men do for the concept of love.
If I were the authorities I'd surely be looking into Malik's circle of "friends" at this point. With their devious plans, and subsequent global media coverage, their deaths will, in fact, be glorious. One thing for sure, domestic terrorism is here to stay.
Allahu akbar... get used to it.

LJ, it appears they planned to get away with it. They drove home and then took off, not realizing the police were already on to the address. (I'm kinda hoping it wasn't to pick up their daughter from mamma's house).
Farook was wearing a ski mask at the time of the shooting, law enforcement officials tell NPR's Dina Temple-Raston, but witnesses to the shooting still recognized him. Based on those eyewitness accounts, police drove to nearby Redlands, to a house associated with Farook. (Member station KPCC has a map of the locations involved in the attack.)
When Farook and Malik left the area around the Redlands house in an SUV, police pursued.

I don't feel "less safe". I will never stop doing what I usually do or plan on doing.
Don't know what caused these people to do this. Doesn't really fit the narrative for Islamic terrorist. He went to Saudi Arabia. Maybe he took a side trip to ISIL. Girlfriend/wife??? what is that? Maybe a guise to get her in to the USA to carry this out.
Too many questions. Answers to come, but not from me.
And as far as the Daily News front page goes, not even worth commenting on.
I watched some news programs last night and the talking heads again have no clue. Learn about guns/rifles/ammunition/clips/magazines/automatic/semiautomatic before you spout off with incorrect information.

That explains how they were able to pinpoint the car...Farook was wearing a ski mask at the time of the shooting, law enforcement officials tell NPR's Dina Temple-Raston, but witnesses to the shooting still recognized him. Based on those eyewitness accounts, police drove to nearby Redlands, to a house associated with Farook. (Member station KPCC has a map of the locations involved in the attack.)
When Farook and Malik left the area around the Redlands house in an SUV, police pursued.
The police chief and The LA FBI chief held a press conference a little while ago, and shed a little more light:
It seems fairly apparent that they were intending to conduct a second attack; they had over 1600 rounds of ammunition in the car...
The bomb that they left at the building would have packed a pretty destructive wallop; it was actually three pipe bombs strapped together. It was wired to be detonated remotely, but didn't go off. (They may have intended to detonate it after they left to create more carnage and a diversion, or they may have intended to set it off when the first responders arrived on the scene...)

Re: Active Shooter Situation in CA
Here's what they had at the house:
12 pipe bombs, 2000 rounds of ammunition, (not including the 1600 in the car) travel to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, (where he picked up his accomplice) contacts with Jihadists overseas and Jihadist sympathizers in the US...
Yes sir, a clear cut case of workplace violence...
No Islamist terrorism here... No siree, not a bit of it...
http://www.cnbc.com/2015/12/03/san-bern ... -dead.htmlPolice: 12 pipe bombs found at home of suspects in San Bernardino mass shooting
The suspected San Bernardino attackers left behind 12 pipe bombs and more than 2,000 rounds of ammunition at their home, police said Thursday, a day after the nation's deadliest gun massacre since Sandy Hook.
Federal officials said the guns used by the couple suspected of the massacre that killed 14 people and wounded 21 at a social services center in the California city were purchased legally in the United States.
The attackers had purchased their two handguns, but their two assault-style rifles were purchased by someone who is now under investigation, San Bernardino City Police Chief Jarrod Burguan told reporters. The shooters wore black tactical gear, but did not have ballistic vests, he added.
The FBI's David Bowdich said Thursday that Malik traveled to the U.S. with a Pakistani passport, and that Farook had traveled to Pakistan. Intelligence sources told NBC News that Farook appears to have been in contact with overseas individuals who are persons of interest to U.S. authorities. Authorities said he had also been in touch with persons of interest in the Los Angeles area who have expressed Jihadist-oriented views.

And they didn't have their wives helping them, or turn their houses into bomb factories...
Yeah, those were the days...

Re: Active Shooter Situation in CA
Oh, and regarding "meaningless platitudes" and the New York Daily News.... they managed to get the Republican ones but somehow missed this:President Barack Obama says that it’s possible yesterday’s attack in California, where two people killed 14 and injured 17 others, was terrorist related. But he’s also holding out the possibility it was workplace violence.
“It is possible that this is terrorist-related, but we don’t know; it is also possible this was workplace-related,” Obama said, adding, “we don’t know why they did it.”
Obama added that it was important to understand the “nature of the workplace relationship” between the individuals to fully understand the attacks, raising the possibility that (there) could be “mixed motives” for the attacks.
http://www.breitbart.com/big-government ... -violence/Obama appeared somber during his statement, reminding Americans that it was important to pray for the victims.
“Our first order of business is to send our thoughts and prayers to the families of those who have been killed and to pray for a speedy recovery for those who were injured during this terrible attack,” he said.
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
Re: Active Shooter Situation in CA
IMHO that is the most important thing (even though Obama himself did not do that); let's let the families and friends grieve in peace and bury the dead before we start the inevitable gun control, it wouldn't have happened if more armed people were there, terrorism/non terrorism arguments. These were real people and they deserve more than to be just a footnote to political positions.“Our first order of business is to send our thoughts and prayers to the families of those who have been killed and to pray for a speedy recovery for those who were injured during this terrible attack,”

Re: Active Shooter Situation in CA
Holy Freaking Shiite!!
Dr Mohandle, on CNN, just responded to the (stupid fucking) question, "Why did the shooters drop off their child before committing the crime?"
He said they needed to abandon their child in order to fulfill their mission.
You DUMBFUCK!!
They didn't want to take their baby to a mass shooting. What's so complicated about that?
[/impulsive outburst]

I never said they were meaningless platitudes, did I (feel free to point it out if you maintain I did); I only made a comment about what Obama said (and called him on his hypocrisy as well).
Republicans? Nothing said by me.
Democrats? Nothing said by me.
Obama Nothing said by me.
Any other lies you want to lob at me?

Relax - I said it was the New York Daily News doing that... didn't say anything about you at all, other than you missing the Daily News hypocrisy that was my point.
