Well, while Obama's ego is pretty big, IMHO, it is dwarfed by Trump's. Hell, the combined egos of any 100 politicians you can name would be dwarfed by Trump's ego.

"shake up the world", and this world needs shaking.
Absolutely the opposite is the case...

This world is shaking like it has an advanced case of Parkinson's; we need a President that will help reduce the shaking, not contribute to the chaos...
so I say shake up the snow globe and see where the drifts gather
Now there's a sound and prudent course for the most powerful nation in the world to follow in choosing its political leadership...

I like to travel the thoughts less traveled by, just to provoke debate sometimes, whether or not I actually agree with them, and I do not agree with trump, but...

....but, our political status quo is not honest and our political finance system is corrupt, and they need to be knocked down like a house of cards.

I believe that trump will do that. I also believe, as does big RR, that it s just an election, one of many, and if we survive Obama we can survive the Donald. their egos are about equal in my view.

I m not sure that we will survive Obama, but I hope so.

I am also aware of the possibility that trump will become a wannabe tyrant and dictator.

we the people have remedies for that in our constitution and in our closets.....

the tree of liberty is getting a bit dry anyway.....

I put a lot of effort into getting people here, left and right, to support Kasich as a moderate uniting president, to no avail..., I m done with that.

vote trump
It blows my mind you would support a fascist like trump just to 'shake things up';

But what really gets me is people like you who are blind to the obvious fact that the progressive Bernie sanders has a platform that would be enormously beneficial to you and your loved ones. He's the WFP candidate!

You should check out Bernie if you really want to shake things up.

well, I think o bama is an irish fascist.

Bernie ran too far away from the 2nd amend for me bigsky. that is disqualifying as far as my support goes. plus he is up Hillary s butt.

I'm leading up to my move and planning to unplug from the interwebs for a few weeks while I settle in and walk the beaches in winter. I need to distance myself from the politics and the comments section. People like you, wesw. Let's agree not to talk politics.

let it go...

nothing I say about politics should upset you that much that you take it home with you.

I ve tried to be kind to you personally.

so, no, I can t agree to not talk politics, you are free to ignore me, but then how would you know what your enemy is thinking? :)

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, to my death, your right to say it. as screwed up as it is.

:) if you make it down to the eastern shore I ll even take you to some beautiful peaceful places that I love. I promise not to talk politics when we are on the beach, in god s country....

...oh crap, now I talked religion...

thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to show why media slant and soundbite knowledge is insufficient.

the stuff of teenagers and dissemblers

I wathched that interview, live, from start to finish.

joe and mica have said the worst things about trump and he still calls them weekly, at least

joe especially has a hard on for Donald, and mica just shakes her head.

they are hard on him, yet both seem to like him personally and treat him with respect, as he does them.

now to your interview....

Donald wanted to talk and get a point out, and joe wanted to make the point that it was his show, and he did. he said he would cut him off, and he did.

trump , after joe said he would cut him off, told him to go ahead and cut him off then, and joe did.

neither backed off their principles and neither were personally insulting to the other.

then, after they had talked at the break I guess, the interview resumed, amicably, and with mutual respect, and deep disagreement.

AND IT WENT ON FOR 30 MORE MINUTES!!!!

he continued to take all questions, and they weren t softballs I can tell you, but they were fairly asked, and Joe gave Donald the respect of allowing him time to have his say and make his points too. he allowed him time to answer the tough questions.

watch the whole 40 minutes

I was impressed by all parties, mika too. (not mica tho, too transparent)

sealed my provisionary support ( it s not ironclad support by any means)

he would be better off to just ban all immigration for a bit tho, to be fair and equal. :)

besides, I just looove his hair

I hear the peaceful aclu director types have threatened to shoot him...., nice.

how about you don t bow to the "comments section" mentality , and not make "people like me" out to be the enemy.

I have apologized to sue, kinda, for my having done the same thing to her, and I am sorry for that, as screwed up as her views are to my mind, I will defend to the death her right to spout (sorry) them. she may have missed it tho, so I repeat it.

I have never read The Art of the DEal, but I bet that it is a blueprint for this campaign. I understand trump. he is a social genius. I have known people just like him, some better people than others.

what he does is ask for the moon and the stars, from a position of strength, and by the end of it you are happy to just give him the moon, which was all he wanted to begin with.

he is like a top notch gambler, who has, in his pocket, way more money than anyone else at the table. that position is almost unbeatable. you can bluff with impunity from that position.

he would know how to get things done as president. and the power of the bully pulpit and the presidency would give him that position of strength he needs to seal the deals he needs to seal. that we, as a nation, need to seal.

he would be good at the job.

so, I may be a dis organized thinker and not worth reading, and a raving fema camp refugee, but that s how I see it.

but what do I know? I m just a simple fisherman.....

screw the parties, vote trump.

give me liberty or give me death.

I was trying to think of a good name for Trump acolytes...

"Trumpists", "Trumpites", "Trump Heads"...

Nah, too traditional...

"Trumpeteers" (like "Mouseketeers")

That's not too bad, but I think I have a better one...

"Trumpty Dumpers"... :ok
