Wrong first lady ,but thanks for clearing that up ,anything the prison hands out is crap and no ,the prisoners do not eat good ,low level prison equals crowded dorms with black mold in the bathrooms ,shiny metal for shaving mirrors ,triple razor wire fences (actually some of these other systems need to follow Virginias example ,no way to get out of one of the minimum security facilities and ,no parole either ,piss poor ,medical and so called dental care. And by the way the are not "inmates " they are prisoners or convicts .

Boiled carrots ,Boiled potatos,some sort of white beans in tomato sauce,a soy sausage with different names , I had a piece of chicken maybe three times during my ride(you ate the gristle and small bones if you had teeth enough to eat it) sometimes a small piece of cake for dessert ( a larger piece if you were the right color -the gangs pretty much ran the receiving unit I was at-since destroyed ) etc ,lost 30 lbs on the DOC diet .
The medical care myth ,forget about it ,the first prison I was at they would take em out dead on stretchers dead (shackled hand and foot I'm told ) but they made you get your flu shot ,the scabie outbreaks were sort of handled with some sort of crap you put on in the shower ,the prisons were over capacity and there were lifer ,hard core ,Guys ,mingled in the General Population(nowhere else to send them ) They finally tore Mecklenberg down ,it seems PA finally took back the prisoners that VA graciously hosted for the requisite 30K @ and VA DOC acted like they didnt need the space ,the COs at that facility were of the type that give COs a bad name (for the most part ) listen up kids - toe the line ,that is a ride ,best avoided .(Anybody in for state slavery ?, good money maybe 27 cents an hour top pay on the inside -guess what ,you can use it to buy your $1 a PACK RAMEN NOODLES and stale Honey Buns .
