Where's wesw?
Re: Where's wesw?
Pleeease come back Quin.
I expected to be placed in an air force combat position such as security police, forward air control, pararescue or E.O.D. I would have liked dog handler. I had heard about the dog Nemo and was highly impressed. “SFB” is sad I didn’t end up in E.O.D.
WAY TO GO, wesw
Loose association and obscure reference. I, too, like to use those techniques on occasion.
Rest assured, as soon as she reads this post she'll be compelled to respond. She really hates it when I write things where she feels a need to disagree -- whether I am right or wrong. Also, some years ago in the other forum, she and sparrowgrass took umbrage to some observations I made and together they decided to forever dub me "a nasty, little, man." When I eventually showed up in this forum I think it left her feeling a bit disappointed and out of sorts.
Regardless of my delusion, Guin will be back in form once Hillary claims victory in the South Carolina Democratic primary on Saturday, February 27.
Guin has always had a bit of a short fuse when it comes to what she perceives as a lack of understand about feminine issues. (She's probably more justified than not.) And then combined with negative comments about her champion of truth, justice, and the American way, Hillary Clinton, well, that has pushed her over the edge on more than a few occasions. Mostly, however, I feel she uses this reasoning when she's having work or relationship issues and this defensive mechanism makes it easier for her to sustain an absence from the board when she creates a belief that she's been slighted.wesw wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liIQLIx2Onw

Re: Where's wesw?
I miss not having wesw's post to not read...
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
Re: Where's wesw?
I can understand that. How can anyone enjoy ignoring someone who isn't there? It becomes an exercise in futility with no reward for your lack of effort.

I missed Guin's departure too, if indeed she has departed. This is especially troublesome to me after her being one of the BBS's person's of the year. I hope she's only on sabbatical.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.
